- The regular everyday application launching example should be with 'execute' not with 'startup notification'
- the sh -c example for executing two commands should be there.
- Also, I'd add a proper simple example using two action and command blocks, since that's better than sh
- the two-application launching should be given an explicit example, not tangled with 'startup notification'.

The ability to have multiple actions in a keybind is not something that is specific to the execute action, the Help:Bindings page shows this quite clearly i think.
